Online Shop Terms & Conditions for South Africa

  1. Wild Olive manufactures and sells its own personal care products.
  2. Guarantee policy: Wild Olive guarantees that all products, used conform to the use for which they are intended and advertised, present no faults or hidden defects that render them dangerous or unsuited to their normal use.
  3. Delivery policy: Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by email.
  4. A competent third party carries out all our deliveries of goods locally and internationally and the client understands that Wild Olive cannot be held responsible in case of non execution or defective execution of this obligation attributable to the client or resulting of an unforeseeable or insurmountable problem incurred by the third party, or to a case of absolute necessity or major force.
  5. We provide to each client for each order handed over to the third party transporter, with the proof of receipt and a tracking number for the parcel containing the goods they ordered. It is the client`s responsibility to check immediately at the time of receipt of the products that the products sent are in good condition and compliant with the order. In case of delay, breakage or missing products, the client should note down complete and accurate reservations on the delivery slip and may only exercise recourse against the transporter to which the client should formulate his reservations. Any problem must be confirmed by letter sent to the transporter within latest three days of receipt of the products.
  6. Before ordering any perfume products from our website, please note that our perfumes contain alcohol, substance that in some countries might be prohibited. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their local customs will accept such products into the country. 
  7. If a product is damaged during the shipment, Wild Olive is not responsible for reimbursement or for free replacement of the product. Shipping costs will be refunded if the products have manufacturing defects or if incorrect products were sent to you and the refund will be made using the same method used to pay for the products.
  8. Complaints regarding the integrity of the packages will be made in the presence of the courier agent. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.
  9. Return and Refunds Policy: The provision of goods and services by Wild Olive is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, Wild Olive will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
  10. Customer Privacy Policy: Wild Olive shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).   11. ayment may be made via Visa and MasterCard. Your order will only be processed for shipment once we have verified your payment method and received authorization to process your payment

Card acquiring and security card transactions will be acquired for Wild Olive via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.  PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to  www.paygate.co.za  to view their security certifcate and security policy.
  13.   15. This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Wild Olive chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature,  29 Pepper Street Cape Town .
  16. Wild Olive may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
