A compilation of citrus notes inspired by a drive through the orchards of Cederberg.
The natural liquid extract depicts all the parts of the citrus tree – the bark, the leaves, the twigs, the flowers and the fruit of the lemon, grapefruit, mandarin, orange, bergamot and lime, with a dash of fynbos. It is crisp, modern and elegant.
Our perfumer wanted to present the entire picture of this African rich landscape in which the wilderness and the man made plantations are combined in perfect harmony, a blend of modern and of ancient.
The 31ml vial is presented in a genuine ostrich leather holder handmade by the master exotic leather artisans of Cape Cobra Leathercraft in Cape Town. The South African ostrich leather is of superior quality and is a by-product of the food industry.
When the perfume is finished you can order a refill bottle for your holder.
Some of the essences used for this perfume are: Neroli (Morocco, India) Orange Flower Absolute (Morocco), Petitgrain (Morocco), Lemon (Italy), Orange (South Africa), Hyrax (South Africa), Frankincense (Somalia)
If you can ever come to South Africa you have to visit Citrusdal. And if you can stay for a while… perhaps you might never want to leave…
Citrusdal Parfum was released in 2017
