Soak in warm water, with or without soap, and gently wipe your face, insisting in the nose and ears area. Don't forget to treat the skin around your eyes with care. The fibre will help remove excess dead skin cells, therefore prevent appearance of acnea or black heads. To be washed with soap after each use and rinsed thoroughly. Must be kept dry.
